SHIPPING POLICY

Every Street Jagerz piece is made to order just for you. That means we don't sit on piles of inventory. Your gear gets printed after you order, then shipped straight to your door.

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

DELIVERY TIMES
After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days

In total, most US orders arrive within 7–12 business days and most international orders within 2–4 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to carrier issues, holidays, weather, or customs.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Because every item is made to order, changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in production. Contact us ASAP at support@streetjagerz.com

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, or arrives damaged or misprinted, email us at support@streetjagerz within 30 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage or print issues, and we'll make it right.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are lost or stolen. Please contact the carrier directly in those cases.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.
